I just arranged before postal code singapore shipment from AZ to D, which costs me $ 18 per shipment, going with USPS (Global) Priority. Usually you can get in there put so much into a USPS envelope as reinpasst. Of course, you have to comply with the provisions for US Mail, so no spray cans, etc.
