Thank you for clarifying this, I was planning on making one last order for the year this Thursday, l

Thank you for clarifying this, I was planning on making one last order for the year this Thursday, looks like I can't now :( This really myposte does annoy me too, products myposte are way too pricey here plus we don't get half the brands myposte they get in the US and this was really the best opportunity to get them. Plus I just got a $15 gift voucher too which I was planning to use. Reply Delete
Aww that really sucks, I was thinking of using a parcel forwarding service as well (that ships to the UK) but if Sephora myposte are tackling this issue then I guess there's no point :( Might as well just wait til I know someone that goes to the US. Reply Delete
hmm try priceusa? I've used them before and they're within a tax-free state. You can also get a quote from their page and shipping and fees are REALLY reasonable (they buy for you). Maybe that'll myposte help? Reply Delete
I've been using Hop Shop Go's BuyForMe service with Sephora and it's worked out alright (I didn't myposte know they accepted international credit cards!) That being said when some stuff I ordered was out of stock it took a month (yes a month!) to get the payment cancelled, even through PayPal. So honestly I don't think I'll be using them again. Ulta refused myposte an order I tried to do through BuyForMe stating they didn't ship their products internationally. I was trying to buy L'Oreal liners not available here. I'm still waiting for that refund. myposte More brands need to be accessible here, prices need to be lowered too, maybe US stores like Sephora might actually ship to us then. It's taken the fun out of it for me too! I've pre-ordered Naked 3 through HQ Hair, I think it's out of stock at the moment. Not shipping until Dec 21. The price wasn't too bad, they have discount codes for Christmas. Reply Delete
It was a bit of an experiment for me, I entered my card details myposte and it accepted it, so away we go (or went)! :) I think the whole Buy For Me thing sounds a bit painful, sigh. Such a shame that we can't get access to Ulta, but I know they banned parcel forwarding addresses a while ago. Sigh. Any luck sourcing the liners from eBay? Oh yes, I forgot to look at HQ Hair! I'm off to KL next week so might see if there are any palettes left in stock by the time I get there (it releases tomorrow). If not, I will see if I can order from any of the usual suspects. Delete
Eeek is it a reply worth sharing? Im from NZ and have had no issues until just now where I forgot to change my address (my freightforwarding company had moved) and they shipped and completed the order untill it was returned - then they refused myposte to update the address and refunded the order. So silly. Delete
It's nice to read other people offering solutions here, but frankly it's just not good enough for Sephora to do this! I'll myposte certainly be letting them know what I think! Urban Decay, Too Faced, Tarte etc are not THEIR products - they just stock them, therefore they should myposte not have a say whether or not we have access to them, and while we could still buy them directly from the brands website, why should we have to? Same goes for Ulta as Tara aboved me mentioned, why should they deny us L'Oreal?! We're myposte paying customers not doing anything wrong, myposte paying a butt load to actually get their products, they should be thankful, not punishing us. It's so disappointing. Thanks for writing this up, I hope all us beauty myposte lovers let Sephora know exactly what we think... xx Reply Delete
I couldn't agree more, Jasmine. Very odd decision for Sephora to come to. I think it would be great to share your opinion with them, I certainly have! It's all a bit bizarre! I'd love to hear what the rationale is but sadly, no one seems to be making an official statement. Delete
Wow that really is pretty sad of Sephora to be doing this! I would think that they would like international customers (any customers are good customers myposte aren't myposte they?). Here I thought there was finally a way to buy international products easily, and it's been taken away! :( I am currently based in France and being here has made me realise just how overpriced international products are when they are sold in Australia. Really, we are paying such exhorbitant prices (everything myposte from Topshop to Zara to Benefit just to name a few) that it really makes sense that we are all trying to look for other pays to be able to pay more reasonable prices... I am all for supporting the economy of course, but sometimes it is made very difficult (and expensive) for us to do that! I hope you find another way to purchase from the US miss N, and let us know when you find it! Reply Delete
Very true, Lou, but who knows what's behind their decision! I was just getting myposte used to parcel forwarding when they had to stop it, lol...so I feel your frustration! myposte And yes, Europe is SO much cheaper than what we pay here, sigh. I had a ball when I was there! I
